What Is The Refund Policy?
There is a $100 non refundable registration fee. Students who cancel after accessing the course will receive a refund on a prorated basis. Students who access over 50% of the course receive no refund.

What Certification Do I Receive?
Upon completing our program you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate grants you eligibility to take the national certification exam with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
Is This Program 100% Online?
Yes. This course is 100% online.
Is There An Externship Requirement?
TE Health Network participates in virtual clinical simulation experience. Externship is optional, but not required.
Do You Have A Partnership With The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board?
Yes. Our program is an approved educational/training program by PTCB. All graduates are eligible for the CPhT exam.
